Shipping Policy

Digital Products (STL Files)

All STL files are delivered instantly after purchase. A download link will be sent to your email, and files can also be accessed through your account on the website. No shipping charges apply to digital products.

Physical Products (3D-Printed Inserts)

All physical products are 3D printed to order to ensure the highest quality. Production time varies depending on current demand, but we aim to ship all orders within 3–7 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Denmark)

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Orders are shipped via GLS or PostNord, depending on size and weight

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped

International Shipping / European

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country

Local Fulfillment Partners

To reduce shipping costs and delivery time, we partner with trusted local print hubs in the USA and Australia. When possible, your order will be fulfilled locally based on your location.

Delays

If any unexpected delays occur in production or shipping, we will notify you as soon as possible. While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen events.
